We make shipping simple and predictable. Every item on our site includes free standard shipping — no minimums, no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay, unless you choose an upgraded delivery option at checkout.
What to Know
- Free standard shipping is included on every item.
- Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–6 business days.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
- Orders are shipped as a complete shipment by default unless you request otherwise.
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM MST (in-stock items) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST ship the following business day.
Shipping Options
At checkout, you may choose from the following delivery options:
- Free Standard Shipping (3–6 business days)
- 3-Day Delivery
- 2-Day Delivery
- Overnight Delivery
International Shipping
- Canada: Shipped via USPS or FedEx International services
- All other countries: Shipped via FedEx International services
- Estimated delivery time: Please allow 4–5 weeks for standard international shipping
Freight Deliveries
Some large or heavy items may ship via freight carrier. Freight carriers require a scheduled delivery.
- Please inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
- Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery.
- Freight carriers will attempt to contact you prior to delivery to schedule a drop-off time.
Undeliverable Packages
Insufficient Address
If a shipment is returned due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm updated information before reshipping.
Refused Packages
- Refused shipments are treated as returns.
- A 25% restocking fee may apply.
- If you need to return an item, please contact Customer Service instead of refusing delivery.
